By downloading and using the Application, you acknowledge and agree to these terms of service, and MHC’s privacy policy, which can be found at http://www.mhcasia.com/privacy-policy. If you do not agree, you should not download, install, access or otherwise use the Application.

Restrictions on use

You may not: decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, otherwise convert or authorize any third party to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise convert, the Application to a human perceivable form; make copies of the Application; distribute or republish, upload, post or transmit the Application in any way; resell, rent, lease or lend the Application; or transfer the Application or this agreement to any third party.

Restriction of Liability

MHC will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by the use of, or the inability to use, the Application, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure. MHC will not be liable for any damages or injury including but not limited to, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Application.

Information Sharing

By using this Application you consent to MHC’s collection and use of your personal information to allow us to provide services and features to meet your needs, and to customize and improve our services to make your experience more secure and convenient. We only collect personal information about you that we consider reasonably necessary for achieving these purposes.

If you choose to use the Application, we may require you to provide contact and identity information and other personal information as indicated on the forms throughout the Application. Where possible, we will indicate which fields are mandatory and which fields are optional.

By submitting a claim whether online via our website, or via this Application, or manually, I agree that the information captured into and stored in any database may be disclosed to other third parties, or used by any of the service providers, or made available to my employer for the management of the coverage provided by my employer. This will include and facilitate the processing of any claims including the settlement of claims and any necessary investigations relating to the claims under my coverage; dealing in any matters relating to the services under this coverage which I have applied (including the mailing of statements, invoices, reports or notices to me, which could involve disclosure of certain personal data about me to bring about delivery of the same); and investigating fraud, misconduct, any unlawful action or omission, whether relating to my claims or any other matter relating to my coverage.

The Application may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Application is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. MHC disclaims any and all liability regarding the use of or the result of the use of the Application in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the Parties agree to submit any dispute rising from or in connection with these terms and conditions to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
